Roberta Bridda born in Belluno (Italy) on 1975.
From 2003 she lives and works in Barcelona, Spain.
Graduated at Architecture University of Venice with a final work on Contemporary Art History with the title “Born of Artist’s Book in Italy”, she followed courses of graphic and web-design, artist’s book, illustration, binding, etching and printing techniques in Venice, Barcelona and Berlin.
She regularly partecipates in illustration and artist’s book expositions and fairs in Italy and Spain.
From 2005 she’s been working like free-lance illustrator and teaching experimental edition anb binding (Escola Massana, Summer Couses Rosa Sensat, Universidad de Barcelona, Centro Cívico Cotxeres, Centre Cos, Casa Elizalde, Centros Cívicos Granollers, Escola d’Art Pau Gargallo, Ilboscoblu Estudio …).
She organized work-shops, expositions and courses of illustrated and artist’s book.
She’s been publishing children’s illustrated books in Spain (for Cruïlla, SM, Bromera, Anaya, Cadí, Planeta…) and little handmade editions.
